 What can I say other than give Helle Hartley and Skip Cole 5 stars. They had a plan and it worked to a tee. I had a waterfall pond that had to be kept at a certain level for the gold fish. I wasn't living at the house because we had moved to Tennessee. It was important to us that our little friends were in good hands. That's going the extra mile. Another issue came up on the day of closing, the garage door opener decided not to work and Skip got a technician out the same day and got it fixed for the new owners. It only took 3 days and we had a cash contract on the home. The team of Hartley & Cole will be there for you in all aspects of selling your home. Sandi and I couldn't have been happier. These two " ROCK " my hats off to them.
